API ReferenceServicesNotifications
Listar notificaciones de la cuenta
Filtra por usuario y cuenta origen o destino. Conserva el historial aunque el push falle o no haya dispositivo. pending_to_read cuenta todas las visibles sin leer, independientemente del filtro read.
